1 Information We Collect
Through the SSU Serbisyo Feedback System, we may collect:
- Name and email (optional)
- Respondent type, office visited, and service availed
- Satisfaction ratings, comments, and submission date/time
2 Purpose of Data Collection
- Assess and improve SSU office services
- Comply with ARTA and EODB requirements
- Track feedback resolution and generate quality reports
3 Data Confidentiality
- Handled confidentially within SSU's secure systems
- Accessed only by authorized personnel
- Never sold or shared with third parties for commercial use
4 Data Retention
Feedback data is retained for three (3) years, then anonymized or deleted per SSU's records retention schedule.
